Orders & Shipments

*Delivery is between 2-14 business days depending on inventory*

Please contact us if you need a rush delivery.

We use FedEx or UPS for both domestic and international shipments so we can insure and track all our packages. If you wish to have your international package shipped by regular mail you may contact us before placing your order and we will let you know your options. FedEx and UPS do not ship to P.O. boxes, please provide a residential or commercial shipping address and be sure to include your phone number during checkout.

For international shipments, please make note of your country's customs policy. All goods will be declared at actual value. You will be responsible for any duties or taxes incurred.

Your purchase will be packed in a signature Symbiotique jewelry pouch, a box if needed, and padded envelope.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards. From our shop, you will be automatically directed to paypal during checkout. Purchases from the Symbiotique Vault Please contact us if you’d like to pay for your order by check. Sales tax of 8.375% is automatically applied to any order shipped to a NY state address.

Exchange

Symbiotique carefully inspects all items before they leave the studio. If any of the items in your order are incorrect or defective in any way, please contact us for an exchange within 3 business days of receipt.

We will exchange unworn items in original condition within 7 days of receipt. Please email contact@symbiotique.com for a return authorization first and use insured shipping. Symbiotique will not be responsible for goods lost or damaged during return shipping.

Please note:

• We do not exchange custom-made pieces.
• Fees will apply to items ordered in the wrong size which need to be resized
• We offer a store credit if the exchanged item is of lesser value than the
  returned item
